When you’re a divorced parent whether it’s for a few hours or three days, you will find yourself without your child or children more than you did when you were a married parent. This is the life of co-parenting. And alone time comes with perks– getting to decompress, and cons– missing out on your child’s life sometimes for days at a time.

Here are some ways to manage your alone time as a divorced parent so you can do three absolutely necessary things for yourself:
